The Resolve Project
When ordinary reporting and follow-through are not enough.
The Resolve Project is KLCB’s escalation pathway for documented service issues that cannot be brought to resolution through ordinary channels.
It is not another intake system.
It is not another resident role.
It does not replace MyFW, Fort Worth 311, police reporting, Code Compliance, or another responsible agency.
A Resolve case starts with a record.
-
A legitimate report was made.
-
A receipt or service-request number exists.
-
Reasonable follow-up or recheck occurred.
-
The visible condition remains unresolved, or the recorded status does not match the visible outcome.
-
Enough documentation exists to determine what should happen next.
What Resolve
Resolve is not:
-
an emergency-reporting system
-
a first-stop service-request form
-
a substitute for City departments
an investigation service -
legal representation
-
a promise that KLCB can force an outcome
KLCB may:
-
organize the existing record
-
compare administrative status with visible outcome
-
identify the responsible lane
-
request clarification
-
preserve correspondence and receipts
-
identify recurring patterns
