Keep Lake Como Beautiful (KLCB) operates under the governance and oversight of Proof of Life Community Development Corporation (PLCDC), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. As a registered Redevelopment Organization with the City of Fort Worth’s Community Engagement Office, KLCB works to unite residents, associations, and partners in building a connected, safer, and revitalized Lake Como community.

Our Focus Areas & Programs
Public Safety
Empowering residents to take charge of neighborhood safety through community-driven programs like On My Block featuring: Block Subscribers, Information Buddies, Lions Watch and Code Connectors. Together, we address crime, illegal dumping, and code violations head-on.
Community Greening
Transforming our neighborhood with sustainable gardening projects, park beautification efforts, and cleanups. The Lake Como Gardening Network and Goodman Park Restoration bring residents together to nurture pride in our community.
Community Advocacy
Equipping residents with tools and knowledge to hold city departments accountable and drive systemic change. Through initiatives like The Resolve Project, and Resident Leadership Programs we amplify community voices to create lasting impact.
