The State of Lake Como Town Hall is a public, resident-centered gathering focused on public safety, block pride, neighborhood conditions, and practical next steps. This is a working event built to help neighbors move from concern to clarity, and from clarity to action.

WHY THIS TOWN HALL
Too often, residents are asked to react to neighborhood conditions without getting a clear structure for what happens next.
The State of Lake Como Town Hall was created to do something different:
name the real conditions affecting the neighborhood
connect those conditions to larger systems and patterns
give residents a simple framework for action
create a visible starting point for Season 2 of Porch2Curb (P2C)
This is not just a complaint mic 🎤.
This is not just a meeting.
It is a public organizing moment.

This Town Hall centers four connected areas of neighborhood life:
