Logo and Trademark Use Policy
The names "Keep Lake Como Beautiful," "On My Block," and their respective logos, slogans, and associated themes are trademarks owned by the Proof of Life Community Development Corporation (PLCDC), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. These Marks represent Keep Lake Como Beautiful (KLCB) and its programs, including the On My Block (OMB) initiative.
Permitted Use of the Marks:
The Marks, including the KLCB and OMB logos, may be used by KLCB, its officially affiliated partners, and recognized participants to promote initiatives, events, and activities that align with KLCB’s mission to enhance the Lake Como community. Permitted uses include:

Printed and digital materials such as flyers, posters, announcements, newsletters, and other promotional items directly supporting KLCB and OMB programs and events.

Nonprofit organizations, community associations, and partners officially affiliated with KLCB.

Approved sponsors or donors, as formally recognized in writing by PLCDC.
Prohibited Uses:

The KLCB and OMB names, logos, or any variations thereof, may not be reproduced on commercial products, including wearables (e.g., shirts, caps) or other promotional merchandise, without explicit permission from PLCDC.

For-profit companies and third parties may not use the Marks unless officially approved by PLCDC.

Companies providing support to KLCB or OMB (e.g., funding or in-kind donations) may not publicly advertise their association with KLCB or OMB unless they are officially recognized sponsors or have received prior written consent from PLCDC.
Guidelines for Partners and Vendors:

All partners, vendors, and organizations assisting with KLCB and OMB activities must be informed of this policy and provided with a copy.

Companies interested in sponsorship or partnership opportunities should contact PLCDC directly to obtain approval and ensure compliance with trademark use guidelines.
Legal Rights and Enforcement:
PLCDC retains all ownership rights to the Marks and reserves the right to restrict or control their use. Unauthorized use of the Marks will be subject to legal action under applicable federal and state laws.
